A different approach to property
Txplus is an independent London property agency specialising in sales, lettings and property management.
Our background in interior design gives us a deeper understanding of homes, how they should be cared for, maintained, presented and positioned in the market.
Txplus grew from our sister design studio, Txengo, after residential clients increasingly asked us to continue looking after their properties beyond the completion of their projects.
Today, we bring that same personal approach and attention to detail to every home we manage, let or sell.
We don’t just manage properties, we understand the homes we look after.

10 % of rent (inc. VAT)

Charges for Tenant Lettings Fees for APTs
For assured periodic tenancies in England, Txplus does not charge tenants administration fees except where a payment is permitted by law.
Permitted payments may include:

Rent

A refundable tenancy deposit, subject to the statutory limit

A refundable holding deposit, subject to the statutory limit

Payments for utilities, communication services, TV licence and Council Tax where applicable

Reasonable charges for changes to the tenancy requested by the tenant, where permitted by law

Payments relating to early termination of the tenancy at the tenant’s request, where permitted by law

Permitted default payments where expressly provided for in the tenancy agreement
All tenant payments are handled in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and current tenancy legislation in England.
